Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. Contractors must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and throughout their engagement.
3. Contractor Responsibilities
Contractors are responsible for:
- Submitting accurate timesheets
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- Ensuring compliance documentation is valid and up to date
- Reporting changes in personal circumstances
4. Payments
Payments are processed based on approved timesheets. PM Alliance Ltd reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of:
- Incomplete documentation
- Disputed timesheets
- Compliance issues
5. Termination
PM Alliance Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Terms are breached
- Legal or compliance obligations require it
6. Liability
PM Alliance Ltd is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of earnings or business interruption.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
